IT Support Specialist
Location: Primarily on-site (hybrid & flexibility available)
Salary: 35,000 – 55,000 DOE
Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00, Fri 08:00-12:30
The Opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Liaise with MSP on escalations and improvements
- Support Microsoft Business Central
- Help improve IT processes (e.g. introduce ticketing system)
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft environment experience
- IT support background
- Business Central exposure (desirable)
- Cyber Essentials knowledge (desirable)
- Proactive, growth-focused mindset
