Mobile Gas Engineer – Edinburgh
Salary: 45,000 per year + Company Van
About the Role
A leading provider of integrated facilities management services is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join its team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
– Carry out statutory inspections of gas appliances and associated plant
– Complete reactive repairs and fault finding on gas systems
– Support and oversee annual maintenance of gas networks
– Conduct audits of gas maintenance across multiple sites
– Ensure all gas certifications are compliant and up to date
– Assist with other maintenance tasks within your skill set as required
– Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
– Commit to ongoing professional development and technical training
Skills & Experience Required
– Valid gas qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, COMCAT
– 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
– Strong experience working on large commercial boilers
– Experience with direct-fired AHUs
– Commercial catering gas experience (desirable)
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
– Highly organised with strong attention to detail
– IT literate (Word, Excel)
