Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Ames Taper Immediately to join our team for ongoing work in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drylining and finishing, with the ability to deliver high-quality results on commercial and/or residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taping and jointing plasterboard using Ames taping tools
- Applying finishes to a high standard, ready for painting
- Sanding and smoothing surfaces
- Identifying and correcting any imperfections in drywall finishes
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Ames Taper / Drylining Finisher
- Skilled in the use of Ames taping tools and equipment
- Ability to produce high-quality finishes with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail
- CSCS card (preferred/required depending on site)
- Own tools
