Nurse – Flexible working
Deliver high-quality nursing care across a variety of settings while choosing shifts that fit your life and priorities. You’ll work with a mix of services, from private care homes to specialist addiction and community healthcare, with every shift offering a new way to make a difference.

Glasgow, 25- 32 per hour, paid weekly, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle.
The role
As a Nurse – Flexible working you’ll provide person-centred care across different healthcare environments in and around Glasgow. This role exists to provide additional clinical capacity where it’s needed, while giving you control over when and where you work. You’ll be part of a trusted nursing team with access to ongoing clinical and consultant support.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with NMC standards in a range of UK care settings
- Supporting residents and patients with daily clinical needs, care plans and medication administration
- Adapting quickly to different environments including private care homes, specialist addiction services, hospitals and community services
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation for each shift
- Following safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid NMC registration as an RMN or RGN
- At least 6 months’ experience in the UK within a relevant setting in the last 3 years
- Ability to work confidently and safely in new environments
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
