Production Operative
Location: Kilsyth
Employment Type: Full-time / Temporary starting ASAP
Shifts: 7am-4pm
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour
This is a hands on, outdoor role working across all areas of the nursery to support plant production, order preparation, and customer service to our wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, preparing, and labelling customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Loading and unloading deliveries (manual handling required)
- This is outdoors so you must be available to work outdoor in all weather
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
