Are you a Private Client Solicitor with a passion for contentious probate and Court of Protection work? A highly regarded boutique private client firm is seeking an ambitious solicitor to join its growing contentious private client team. The firm has built a strong reputation for bespoke private client advice and complex disputes, and is particularly well known for its work in contentious probate, trust disputes and Court of Protection litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist practice recognised for its expertise in contentious private client matters, advising clients on sensitive and often high-value disputes involving estates, trusts and vulnerable individuals. The Role You will work as part of a collaborative and expanding team handling a varied caseload across:
- Contentious probate and estate disputes
- Contentious Court of Protection matters
- Trust disputes and related litigation
- Advisory work linked to wills, probate and estate administration
- Matters involving deputyship and trust management
The role offers exposure to complex, high-value disputes while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the practice through networking, marketing and industry events. About You The firm is looking for a driven and forward-thinking lawyer who can contribute to the growth of a busy contentious practice. You will ideally demonstrate:
- Experience or a strong interest in contentious probate or Court of Protection work
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and complex matters under pressure
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and ambitious approach to business development and networking
