We’re recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well-established bakery in the Oakham, LE15 area. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods
- Decorating Cakes
- Packing Cakes
- Operating machinery and maintaining production flow
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met
- Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
- No items heavier then 9KG
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food production is a bonus but not essential
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
