Are you ready to step into the role of Service Manager, with responsibility for every aspect of a customer s after sales experience?
Our service team builds and retains long-term relationships with customers over the total vehicle lifecycle and provides a seamless journey that is defined and led by the customer.
As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role, leading a service team of technicians, service advisors and other automotive service department employees, whilst maximising workshop profitability and customer satisfaction.

About You:
• Exemplary customer relationship skills, you are committed to resolving and fielding customer concerns in an efficient and effective manner
• Friendly and professional, you inspire your team to ensure that every customer’s experience is exceptional
• A thorough understanding of how a service department works, knowledge of business administration, experience of workshops and are knowledgeable in methods of quality assurance, staff selection, as well as staff development
• Commercially-minded, you are focused on results and profit margins for service and vehicle repairs
• Naturally confident with strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills, you thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
• A willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information
• Passionate about the automotive industry, you want to work in the world s biggest manufacturer
