Are you a strong, self starting leader who can excel in a fast paced delivery environment, developing your team and driving continuous service improvements while contributing effectively as a member of the Leadership Team?

As Digital Service Owner you will oversee Disclosure Scotland’s online account and online application, and the internal case processing system(s) and the DS-owned infrastructure upon which these reside. You will define success and quality measures for the service(s), driving continuous improvement towards these measures, inform and influence stakeholders, getting consensus that enables work to progress, and ensure the delivery of change that realises the outcomes and benefits of your service.

You will be accountable for the quality, performance, benefits and outcomes of a service, providing clear end-to-end direction, prioritisation, risk management and decision making for teams in line with department, policy and user outcomes.
