Are you an Estimator looking for a varied role working on exciting projects, within a well-established precision fabrication company offering in-house training, optional overtime and an early finish on a Friday?
This company offers profile cutting services using state-of-the-art laser, plasma, and waterjet equipment, which has led to its success for over 20 years. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking for a new Estimator to join their 15-person team.
In this days-based role, you will be working in a collaborative team as you laser, plasma and waterjet cut a variety of materials from steel to stone, reply with email enquiries, draft projects using AutoCAD and handle quotes. Within the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am – 2:30pm on Friday.
This role would suit an Estimator or similar looking for a technical position offering overtime, and in-house training to further develop your skills, all within a well-established company.
The role
- Handle client enquiries
- Prepare estimates and quotations for profiling projects
- Draft projects in AutoCAD
- Process and coordinate cutting projects (laser, plasma, waterjet)
- Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-2:30pm + optional overtime
