Job Description

An ambitious and rapidly growing groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dunstable. With a strong track record of recent project wins, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that has quickly taken the market by storm.

The role

You will take full commercial responsibility for multiple groundworks projects, managing cost control, contract administration, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a full time, on site role with no hybrid working – giving you hands on involvement and visibility across all projects.

Salary and package

£80,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
