Print Estimator – Glasgow – £25k – £28k per annum

Here’s what you’ll do

• Prepare estimates for all production jobs based on customer specifications as received from Clientele or Customer Service Representatives.
• Ensure information needed to build an estimate has been provided and clarify any missing or incomplete information.
• Use the MIS system to generate pricing scenarios that best fit the customers’ needs and offer the best price option while keeping quality high.
• Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
• Manage the management information system, updating it regularly with customer information as required.

You will have the chance to work with big-name brands and some of the country’s most influential creative agencies. We are looking for someone with estimating experience within the print industry, and ideally a good knowledge of production procedures. This role requires strong organisational skills to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work to others.
