Key responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk, coordinating post and deliveries
- Welcoming visitors and members to the building
- Help arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
- Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up – you will be the go to person
- Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
- Assisting with membership enquiries
Key skills and experience
- Customer service and admin experience is desirable
- Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous
Working pattern
8am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Occasional requirement for flexibility to work later shifts up to 5.30pm on some days.
Occasional requirements for evening work for community events when required.
