PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – PACKING

  • Monday to Friday – 05:55 – 14:00 and 13:55 – 22:00
  • Basic rate of £12.60 per hour plus
  • 16% enhancement of your basic rate for hours between 20:00 and 08:00

OUR PRODUCTION OPERATIVES ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Production Operator at Border Biscuits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring the production process, and maintaining high-quality standards. This hands on role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain our high quality standards.
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including the possibility of shift work.
