The role involves assisting customers with energy saving loans and grants, providing excellent customer service, and responding to inquiries promptly. You will need a proven track record in customer service, effective telephone communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. This is a fixed-term maternity cover until April 2027.
