Labourer/ Scaffolder
We are recruiting for onsite Labourer / Scaffolder jobs on a full-time basis, offering clear expectations.
The Role
As a Labourer / Scaffolder, you will support daily site operations and scaffolding tasks, reporting to the Site Supervisor.

Assist with erecting, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolds

Carry out general labouring tasks, including materials handling and site setup

Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Support supervisors and trades to meet project deadlines
-
Help maintain accurate site records
You will work outdoors in a structured, team-focused environment.
We’re Looking For

Experience in scaffolding or general labouring on construction sites

Relevant scaffold qualifications (CSCS or equivalent)

Physically fit and able to work at height when required

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Awareness of site safety and safe working practices
