Managing Director Mechanical Building Services / HVACCumbernauld Full-Time On-Site
PMA Recruitment are supporting a specialist mechanical building services contractor in the search for a commercially driven Managing Director to lead a £23m turnover business focused on laboratory environments, fume cupboards and specialist extraction systems.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for P&L, bids, delivery, contracts and client management.
– Full operational and commercial ownership
– Lead bid strategy and opportunity selection
– Oversee pricing, margin and contractual risk
– Manage manufacturing coordination and installation delivery
– Drive growth through integrated lab furniture & extraction packages
Were looking for:
– 10+ years in Mechanical Building Services / HVAC
– Senior leadership experience (Contracts Manager / Ops Manager / Mechanical Director level)
– Strong technical knowledge ventilation, ductwork, plant, airflow, pressure systems
– Proven commercial and contractual capability (JCT/NEC experience beneficial)
– Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
