Job Description

An established and expanding community pharmacy and travel clinic group operating across Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Lanarkshire, Paisley and parts of the Highlands is seeking an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist to join its Glasgow branch. With approximately 22 locations, the organization is deeply embedded in the communities it serves, delivering high-quality clinical care, medicines optimization and frontline NHS services.

The Role

  • Deliver independent prescribing services within a community setting

  • Conduct structured consultations and clinical assessments

  • Provide NHS and private clinical services, including minor ailments and travel health where required

  • Support medicines optimization and safe supply of prescriptions

  • Lead on patient counselling and long-term condition management

  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy teams and local healthcare professionals

About You

  • Registered Pharmacist with GPhC

  • Qualified Independent Prescriber (IP)

  • 03 years post-qualification experience considered

  • Confident in patient-facing clinical services

  • Strong communication and decision-making skills

  • Committed to high standards of patient care
