This role will require someone technically minded in a design for build environment that can build processes for growth and new products as well as support sites Globally as they grow. Key Deliverables

  • Lead Production Engineering across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Standardise manufacturing processes and controls
  • Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement culture
  • Lead automation implementation and equipment upgrades
  • Reduce production variability and increase throughput
  • Embed meaningful KPIs and production metrics
  • Resolve complex product and production issues
  • Be physically present and visible on the shop floor
