The Company
This Site Manager s role is with a fit out contractor, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region s most iconic buildings.
The Role
We are looking for a Site Manager (site-based) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of overseeing CAT A office fit outs.
- Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client s expectations and within budget.
- Manage project programme.
- Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
- Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
- Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
- Identifies and manages risk.
- Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
- Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
