Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Calibration Engineer to oversee and grow our calibration departments in all our bases. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the calibration laboratory and survey sensor calibrations. Ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Calibrate NOR and customer-owned Subsea Survey and ROV equipment.
- Monitor data trends to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk reduction.
- Oversee daily lab operations, documentation, and certification processes.
- Maintain and develop standards across calibration facilities.
- Provide training, technical support, and promote professional growth in the team.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure proper maintenance of lab facilities.
Competence requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong expertise in subsea survey and ROV equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
