Are you an HGV Mechanic / Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to undergo comprehensive training to step up into a Workshop Manager position, working for a company that are renowned as being one of the best in their industry?
On offer is a fantastic chance for you to apply your technical expertise into a role that will offer a 1 to 1 training plan to take the lead on the company’s flagship workshop in Aberdeen.
The company are undergoing a vast and exciting expansion across all of their Workshops hence this role becoming available.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 – 15 specialist mechanics and technicians, overseeing day to day workshop operations and ensuring the company can continue to operate at the standard they built their reputation on.
This role would suit a Mechanic or Technician from a heavy vehicle background, looking to take the leap into a management role that will facilitate the transition through ongoing 1 to 1 training.
