Dental Practice Manager Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a mixed dental practice in Edinburgh, Scotland to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a busy practice and make a real impact on both team and patient experience.

About the Role:
The Dental Practice Manager will lead and manage the daily operations of the practice, supporting both staff and patients to ensure a high-quality, efficient service. Responsibilities include:

Marketing and business development

Managing patient feedback
-
Staff development and team leadership
-
Ensuring compliance and acting as the nominated CQC Manager

Recruitment and retention of team members

Managing KPIs and P&L reports

Leading a team of 7 15 staff members

Supporting general dentistry alongside Implants & Invisalign services
About You:
-
Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Practice Manager

Strong dental background
-
Commercially minded, patient-focused, and self-motivated

Inspirational team leader with excellent communication skills

GDC or relevant dental registration preferred

Valid DBS certificate
