A public health service organization in Melrose is seeking an experienced Estates Officer (Energy) to lead utilities management and develop long-term energy strategies including Net Zero plans. Strong technical knowledge in building services, excellent interpersonal skills, and a degree in energy management are essential. You will work with autonomy, liaising with external bodies and ensure compliance with energy legislation. Candidates should hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel across NHS Borders sites.
