Job Description
We are looking to recruit a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our East Locality Assessment & Care Planning Team in Falkirk, supporting adults and their carers to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
The Role
As a Social Worker within the East Locality team, you will:

Complete strengths-based assessments and develop outcome-focused care and support plans

Support adults and their carers to maintain independence and wellbeing

Work closely with health colleagues and partner agencies in a multi-disciplinary setting

Manage a varied caseload, including complex needs

Contribute to adult protection work where required

Maintain accurate and timely case recording and reports
What We re Looking For

Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work

SSSC registration (or eligibility)

Experience in adult social work (community-based experience desirable)

Strong communication, assessment, and risk management skills
