Role and responsibilities
You’ll become part of a well established and widely respected commercial property team. Working closely with a wide range of clients across the rural and agricultural communities of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
No two days are the same – you’ll enjoy a varied and interesting workload, which may include:
- Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
- Working on rural and agricultural matters, including sales, purchases, leases and security work
- Building strong relationships with farmers, landowners, commercial clients, and local businesses
- Managing your own caseload with the support of an approachable, experienced team
Requirements
It’s likely you shall have around 3 years’ post qualifying experience within commercial property including rural property matters. You’ll have exceptional client facing skills, are pragmatic and commercially aware.
