We are urgently recruiting experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operatives for a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Bellshill. This is a hands-on role involving a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading vehicles
-
Moving, stacking and organising palletised stock
-
Order picking and packing
-
Preparing goods for dispatch
-
Stock control and location management
-
Carrying out general warehouse duties

Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
-
Completing paperwork and basic scanning tasks
-
Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
-
Valid and in-date Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)

Previous experience working within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Willingness to complete manual handling and warehouse duties alongside forklift work

Good level of numeracy and attention to detail

Strong reliability and timekeeping

Ability to work both independently and within a team
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move stock when required
-
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods

Ability to work in a busy and physically active warehouse environment
