Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Profile
A successful Part Qualified Assistant Accountant should have:
- Progress towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance department.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
