Customer Care Administrator

Location: Central Scotland (outside Glasgow)
2 Days Hybrid

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Care Administrator to join our team within the construction / housebuilding sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised, and working in a busy office environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering and managing customer care enquiries

Logging issues and arranging repairs with contractors

Chasing updates and making sure jobs are completed on time

Keeping records up to date

Supporting the customer care team with general admin tasks

What we’re looking for:

Must have experience working with a builder or within construction / housebuilding

Good communication skills and a friendly manner

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Previous office or admin experience
