Location: Office based, Glasgow G1 5DT with flexible working practices
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Job Role:
We re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can think strategically and act decisively. You ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, leading client relationships while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
You ll leverage AI and modern tools to inform decisions not to replace judgment and you ll be relied upon to give clear, thoughtful advice. Sometimes that means supporting a client s direction; other times it means challenging them with insight and care.
Main Responsibilities:
• Client consultation: You will lead client relationships. You will guide clients, not just take briefs. You will help them understand what drives commercial results. And why.
• Content strategy: You will plan and shape content that people actually want to read. Clear, useful and purposeful.
• Data and insight: You will review performance and explain what happened in plain language. You will recommend what changes next and why.
• AI integration: You will use AI and modern tools for research, ideation and content support. You will stay curious and practical.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
• Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing agency (essential).
• Commercial awareness: You understand that marketing exists to support business growth, not vanity metrics.
• Strong communication skills: You can explain performance and strategy to non-technical clients clearly and calmly.
• Practical toolkit: Comfortable with GA4, CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, and prompt-based AI workflows.

• AI & tech-fluent: you use modern tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or NanoBanana to enhance thinking and delivery, not replace it.
