Salary: £32,000 £36,000 per annum
Hours: Average 44 hours per week (rotating shifts)

Are you an experienced production leader looking for your next challenge in the food manufacturing industry? We re looking for a motivated Production Team Manager to join one of the UK s leading fresh produce providers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced environment, supporting and developing a large team to achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You ll Be Doing

Managing the performance of a production team, including Supervisors, Machine Operatives, and Quality staff

Overseeing the daily running plan and prioritising workloads

Ensuring stock levels are monitored and maintained

Driving team engagement, development, and training opportunities

Conducting appraisals, reviews, and supporting HR processes

Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

Maintaining high standards in food safety, health & safety, and compliance

Managing costs effectively and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Mon: 7am 5:30pm
Tues Wed: 2:30pm 10pm
Thurs: 2:30pm 9pm
Fri: Off
Sat: 7am 5:30pm
