Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide knowledgeable and dependable support across absence and wellbeing processes! The role combines operational delivery with trusted advisory input.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee employee absence processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for wellbeing, occupational health, and related support.
- Liaise with payroll and internal stakeholders regarding absence-related impacts.
- Support parental leave and special leave processes in line with policy and legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Contribute to wider HR operations activity and reporting as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of absence management and wellbeing processes. CIPD Level 3 or above is required, along with a sound understanding of employment policy, confidentiality, and employee support frameworks. A professional, empathetic, and detail-focused approach is essential, together with confidence advising stakeholders and working within structured processes.
