About the Role:
We are seeking qualified OLEC 2 Linesmen to join our rail projects in Scotland. You will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and enhancement of overhead line electrification (OLE) systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation of electrified rail infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake basic OLE construction activities under the supervision of OLEC 3 Linesmen.
- Work as part of a team to install, repair, and modify OLE infrastructure.
- Adhere to Personal Track Safety (PTS) guidelines and OLEC standards.
- Implement safe working practices during all OLE activities.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid OLEC 2 certification.
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certificate.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
Desirable:
- Competencies in line with OTP CORE and Machine Operator tickets.
- First Aid Certificate
