This role would suit a time-served Electrician or Electrical Engineer with a strong installation and maintenance background who enjoys hands-on engineering, technical responsibility, and supporting others on the workshop floor.

The Role:

  • Provide electrical support to workshop staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Oversee electrical equipment installation within a manufacturing environment
  • Produce electrical documentation and certification for units under build
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous area installation requirements (ATEX / IECEx)
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) procedures
  • Support the production of ATEX and associated certification documentation
  • Supervise and mentor team members and contractors when required

The Person:

  • Time-served Electrician or qualified Electrical Engineer
  • Strong electrical installation and maintenance background
  • Knowledge of ATEX and IECEx standards
  • CompEx EX01-04 qualified
