Job Description

TMM is delighted to be partnering with a leading Oil and Gas producer who are seeking a Head of Strategy & Growth to join their Senior Leadership Team.

This role will act as a critical strategic partner to the CFO and Executive Committee, with responsibility for shaping enterprise strategy, identifying long-term growth opportunities, and driving high-impact strategic initiatives across the business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing and evolving enterprise-wide strategy.
  • Assessing long-term growth and value-creation opportunities.
  • Leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional programmes.
  • Driving corporate development activities, including partnerships, market expansion, and M&A assessments.
