Job Description
We are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor who can support ongoing projects based in Edinburgh.
This role would suit a commercially strong QS with the ability to manage projects independently and provide commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Preparation and agreement of valuations and variations
- Subcontractor procurement and account management
- Final accounts and client liaison
- Proven experience operating at Senior QS level.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent commercial and communication skills
