Dynamic, friendly 4 partner practice seeks a salaried GP (4-6 sessions). Additional days can be available.

Communication

• Morning huddle
• Weekly MDTs on rotation with district and macmillan nursing, midwifery team, CMHT and health visitors
• Regular lunchtime Cluster educational sessions
• BMA study leave allocation

Clinical Team & Office Environment

• Low visit rate
• Low Docman due to workflow optimisation
• Strong ethos re clinical governance and quality improvement
• Commutable distance from Inverness
• No OOH requirement, but this may be available locally

• Practice provides medical support to 2 community hospitals
• 15 minute appointments
