Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both German and English.
- Provide support and solutions to customer queries relating to products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the industrial/manufacturing product range.
- Deliver a high level of service that aligns with company standards and values.
Profile
A successful German Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
- An understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
