Profile
A successful Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
