Job Description
An established and growing building controls specialist is looking to recruit a BMS Service or Commissioning Engineer to support a strong pipeline of work across Glasgow and the Central Belt. The Role
You’ll be responsible for servicing, fault finding, and commissioning BMS installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. Depending on your background, the role can be weighted toward service, commissioning, or a blend of both.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems

Attend reactive callouts and diagnose faults efficiently

Commission BMS control systems and modify existing strategies

Produce clear site reports, commissioning documentation, and handover information

Work closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors

Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety requirements
What We’re Looking For

Exposure to one or more BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or similar

Understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies

Electrically competent with a practical, hands-on approach

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
