- Ensure properties are maintained to the required standards and organise necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Handle tenant and landlord communications, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
- Manage property inspections, inventories, and check-ins/check-outs.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and legal requirements.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to advertise available properties effectively.
- Monitor rental payments and handle any arrears efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
