Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development with new and existing customers
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high service levels and repeat business
- Prepare quotations and proposals and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the business at events and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong experience within freight pallet networks and general haulage
- Excellent knowledge of the Scottish transport market
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- An organised, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Event and exhibition experience (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence
