A leading trust group in the UK is seeking a People & Culture Officer to manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 CIPD Certificate and solid understanding of local employment laws.
