Facilities Maintenance Technician (18th Edition or Electrical Qualifications)
£35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Van + Fuel Card + Monday – Friday.
Newport, South Wales.

Are you a Facilities Maintenance Technician with 18th edition or similar looking for a stable, long term, permanent position at a national company who have grown exponentially over the last 5 years?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of the company’s buildings across the UK. Key duties include general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and cladding), liaising with external contractors, following CDM-compliant safe work systems, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role is 40 hours per week with rota’ d shifts Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30.

The role

• Carry out general building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and cladding repairs.
• Nationwide travel.
• Liaise with external contractors, follow CDM-compliant safe work systems, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 on a rota’ d schedule.

The person:

• Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar.
• 18th edition or Electrical Qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence (Commutable to Newport)
