Job Description
Boyd Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to add an experienced HSE Advisor to their team. This role will be based across Helensburgh and Coulport, supporting a range of high-security, critical infrastructure projects.

The Role
As the HSE Advisor, you will:

Provide on-site Health, Safety & Environmental support across civil engineering projects in Helensburgh and Coulport

Ensure full compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements

Deliver site audits, inspections, and incident investigations

Support operational teams with safe systems of work, RAMS, and toolbox talks
-
Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement
-
Liaise with client representatives on all HSE matters

Prepare reports, risk assessments, and training documentation where required
About You
To be considered, you will need:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

Black CSCS card
-
Experience working within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, marine, or defence environments

Strong communication skills and confidence working closely with site teams
-
A proactive, solution-focused approach to safety
-
A full UK driving licence
Due to the nature of the projects, you must be a UK citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
