Our client is looking for a talented Personal Injury Lawyer, based in Glasgow. Hybrid opportunity available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a case holding of personal injury.
• Conduct initial client consultations to assess the viability of potential cases.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support clients’ claims.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
• Advise clients on legal processes, expectations, and potential outcomes.
• Draft legal documents

The Successful Candidate will have

• Worked in practice as a Scottish solicitor.
• Experienced in representing pursuers in personal injury matters in the Sheriff Courts and All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court
• Strong knowledge of Court practice and procedures
• Good legal research and interpretative skills
