Warehouse Operative – Precast Concrete Manufacturing, Newbridge, Edinburgh, 13 per hour
We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products in Newbridge, Edinburgh. This is a hands-on, on-site manufacturing role where you’ll play an important part in producing high-quality concrete components used across the construction industry.
It’s an excellent opportunity for someone from a warehouse, production, or construction background who enjoys active, physical work and wants a long-term position with steady weekday shifts.
Your Role
- Operate machinery and tools to manufacture concrete products to specification.
- Prepare and maintain moulds used in the production process.
- Pour, level, and finish concrete accurately and safely.
- Load, move, and store materials efficiently around site.
- Carry out basic quality checks and keep work areas organised.
- Work closely with the production and yard teams to meet daily targets.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments.
- Confidence using tools, machinery, and lifting equipment.
- Strong awareness of health & safety and safe manual handling.
- Reliable, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good level of physical fitness for outdoor, hands-on work.
