Overview
Facilities Learning & Development Administrator – Permanent, Band 3, £28,011 – £30,230 (pro rata).
Self motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can support line managers and supervisors across the Facilities & Estates sector, comprising 10 services and employing around 2,500 staff, will join our team.
Responsibilities
- Organise learning courses, work experience placements, apprenticeships and maintain accurate records.
- Provide clerical support to the Learning & Development Manager and team, including data inputting, spreadsheet maintenance and compiling data.
- Respond to telephone and email queries from staff groups, schools, universities and other stakeholders.
- Prioritise work to meet deadlines and use own initiative.
Qualifications
- Minimum SCQF 6 education and 3 5 years relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in a learning and development environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Full driving license.
