Salary: Up to £38,000 per year (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

The Role
As a key member of the workshop team, you ll carry out a variety of mechanical repairs, servicing, and diagnostic work on modern vehicles always ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day, you ll:
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars and light vehicles
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
- Replace components such as timing belts, clutches, and brakes
- Use modern diagnostic equipment to pinpoint and repair issues
- Complete road tests to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Keep accurate job records and maintain a tidy workspace
About You
We re looking for a dedicated, hands-on, and dependable mechanic with a genuine passion for vehicle repair and customer satisfaction.
You ll need:
- Minimum 5 years experience in vehicle servicing and repair
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently or as part of a small, close-knit team
- Your own tools
Desirable:
- Experience with timing belts, clutches, and Hunter four-wheel alignment systems
