BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer
Salary: 48,000 – 55,000 + Car Allowance
Benefits: 25 days holiday (rising to 27), strong 7.5%-10% contributory pension, private healthcare, competitive sick pay, and more.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Our client has a strong reputation for delivering intelligent, sustainable control solutions across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. With continued growth across Scotland, they’re looking for an experienced BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer to cover the Central Belt region, ideally based near Glasgow.
The Role
As a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

Commissioning, servicing, and optimising BMS and control systems across a variety of client sites.

Undertaking fault diagnosis, software adjustments, and system upgrades.

Providing technical support and ensuring systems are running efficiently and in line with design intent.

Working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality control solutions.

Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent standard of service delivery.
About You
You’ll be an experienced BMS Engineer with a solid understanding of control principles and practical commissioning experience on one or more leading BMS platforms, such as:

Distech Controls

Siemens Desigo
You should have:

Proven experience in BMS commissioning, service, or maintenance.

Strong fault-finding and software modification skills.

Good understanding of HVAC plant and control strategies.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

A full UK driving licence.
